Directions: During illness, take 1/2 teaspoon twice daily for up to 7 days. As a preventative, take 1-2 times per week.  
Tip: Mix with water or into herbal tea with honey and lemon. 
Ingredients: Fresh Lomatium dissectum root – wild harvested in Idaho and tinctured in food grade alcohol.
